Message	i'm guessing you also have boost jets with the jwt chip, do you have an after market boost gauge to see how much boost its making? i would take a multi-meter and start checking out the MAF, TPS, check timing, clean various connectors etc., get a fuel pressure gauge and T it in after the fuel filter and check the fuel pressure to ensure the fuel pump is working correctly.
